The Rescue Network (also operating as Rescue Oahu) is a registered nonprofit based in Waialua, Hawaii, dedicated to supporting owned and free-roaming animals across Oahu. Operating on the principle of collective community care, the organization links local residents, neighborhood rescues, and essential supplies to empower grassroots animal welfare efforts.

Instead of running a physical shelter, the organization mobilizes community action and provides emergency logistical support during crises and severe weather events. Through targeted public advocacy and foster initiatives, the group works to ensure every community cat and displaced pet on the island has a clear pathway to safety.
