Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Most Products purchased from the Platform, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via a third party shipper, including but not limited to, FedEx or UPS. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing, Once the Product has been given to FedEx or UPS, you will then be provided with tracking confirmation details.

Company may charge for shipping in its sole discretion and will indicate any such fees to you at the time of purchase, if applicable. Please note, that international buyers (outside of the United States) may be responsible for any customs or importation fees, taxes, and/or duties. Multiple Products ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

By ordering any Product from us, you agree to any and all applicable terms and conditions of our third-party shipping logistics providers used to deliver Products you order, including but not limited to FedEx and UPS.

Returns

PETAVE, LLC (the “Company”) sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with any Product or Subscription Service items you purchase from us. However, in limited circumstances (see next paragraph), we offer a one (1) year return policy, starting on the date of purchase you are requesting to return. To initiate a return request, please send us an email at info@PetAve.com, and specify in the subject line of your email that you are seeking to make a return. If your return request is accepted (subject to inspection), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT PURCHASES ON THE PLATFROM MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO ANY OF COMPANY’S IN-STORE OR PARTICIPATING IN-STORE LOCATIONS. RETURNS MAY ONLY BE MADE ONLINE PURSUANT TO THE TERMS WITHIN THIS POLICY.

To be eligible for a return, the Product must be returned in a new and unused state, in mint condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including any and all related accessories and documents. The Company will not accept any return if the Product shows any sign of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if any labels, tags, packaging, or stickers have been removed or altered. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on custom Products, gift cards, or promotional items. Additionally, any engraved, embossed, or personalized Products, as well as any Product that shows any sign of wear, cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Notwithstanding the terms and conditions of this Shipping & Return Policy, some Product pages on the Website may contain or display shipping and return policies that differ from this Policy. In such cases, such Product-specific policies shall supersede this Policy, and you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to such policies.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you are eligible to return a Product and desire a different Product, you must first return the Product you have, and once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new Product.

Damage

In the unusual event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@PetAve.com. Such notice must be sent no later than forty-eight (48) hours after you receive delivery, and must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged Product. You must also return the damaged Product to us, at the address below. We will discard and will not respond to any damage notice that does not comply with these requirements. If your damage notice complies with these requirements, you may return the damaged Product to us in accordance with this Policy. Upon receipt and inspection, the Company may, in its sole discretion, classify the returned Product as a defective. Please note that Products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or misuse by you are not considered to be defective.
