Kauai Community Cat Project (KCCP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit feline welfare and community cat organization based in Kapaa, Hawaii, serving the island of Kauai. The organization is dedicated to humanely reducing and stabilizing free-roaming, stray, and feral cat populations while protecting Kauai's unique local ecosystems through advocacy and active Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiatives. They also provide mobile spay/neuter services, colony management support, and coordinate mainland adoption transports for socializable cats and kittens.

Operating through community-based colony care networks, mobile outreach units, and volunteer foster homes rather than a traditional large-scale shelter facility, the organization coordinates veterinary care via regional partners like the Kauai Humane Society. Kauai Community Cat Project is funded entirely through direct public donations, community fundraisers, and grants.

Animals over profits: Unlike typical corporate chains, we are completely against selling animals — always, now, and forever.

You choose where 25% of the earnings goes: We believe in full transparency — we calculate this 25% before paying for any executive salaries or business overhead. By skipping the fancy corporate costs, we ensure the money actually lands where it belongs: with the animals.
