Whiskers Hope Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit feline rescue organization based in Winlock, Washington, serving Lewis County and surrounding Southwest Washington communities. The organization is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating,and rehoming abandoned, stray, abused, and at-risk cats and kittens—pulling animals from overcrowded municipal facilities and providing comprehensive intake veterinary care, core vaccinations, microchipping, and spay/neuter surgeries.

Operating entirely through a network of volunteer foster homes rather than a traditional brick-and-mortar shelter facility,the rescue socializes felines in domestic home environments. Whiskers Hope Rescue is funded entirely through public donations, community support, and standard adoption fees, placing fully vetted cats into screened permanent homes.
