Tri-State Spay & Neuter is a registered nonprofit in Ashland, Kentucky, providing low-cost, high-volume sterilization across Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. Operating from a dedicated surgical clinic, the organization provides affordable spay/neuter packages complete with veterinary triage, surgery, pain management, tattooing, and vaccinations.

As a Best Friends Animal Society partner funded by public donations, the clinic focuses heavily on Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) for community cats. It also manages the Farm Living Ferals program to relocate working felines and eliminate preventable shelter intakes.
