TLC Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue organization based in Michigan (serving the greater Metro-Detroit area). The organization is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, stray, abused, and at-risk dogs and cats—pulling animals from overcrowded municipal facilities and providing comprehensive intake veterinary care,core vaccinations, microchipping, and spay/neuter surgeries.

Operating entirely through a network of volunteer foster homes rather than a traditional brick-and-mortar shelter facility,the rescue socializes pets in domestic home environments. TLC Pet Rescue is funded entirely through public donations,community support, and standard adoption fees, placing fully vetted animals into screened permanent homes.
