Sunshine Animal Refuge Agadir (SARA) is a registered non-profit in Agadir, Morocco, dedicated to rescuing, treating, and sheltering stray street animals. Across multiple refuge sites, the organization provides vital medical care, nourishment, and sanctuary for more than a thousand street dogs, cats, and equines.

Funded by public donations and volunteer labor, SARA runs extensive vaccination and sterilization campaigns to humanely curb local pet overpopulation. In addition to housing special-needs and senior residents, the refuge coordinates international adoptions to place resilient street animals into permanent homes worldwide.
