PALNV is a registered nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada, dedicated to improving the lives of community street cats through a unique, proactive rescue model. Working directly with local trappers, the organization identifies friendly stray cats living on the streets and provides them with comprehensive veterinary care—including sterilization, vaccinations, microchipping, and senior blood panels.

At the heart of their adoption efforts is the Rescued Treasures Cat Café on North Rancho Drive, a cage-free, relaxing sanctuary where visitors can interact with freely roaming residents. Supported entirely by admission fees, private donations, and dedicated volunteers, PALNV successfully transforms vulnerable street cats into cherished family companions.
