PALNV is a registered nonprofit based in Las Vegas, Nevada, dedicated to rescuing and rehoming street cats through a proactive, community-centered model. Partnering with local trappers, the organization rescues friendly stray cats and provides them with essential veterinary care, including sterilization, vaccinations, and microchipping.

Adoption efforts center around the Rescued Treasures Cat Café on North Rancho Drive, a cage-free sanctuary where visitors can interact with freely roaming residents. Funded by admission fees, public donations, and volunteers, PALNV successfully transitions vulnerable street cats into permanent, loving homes.
