Rebel Animal Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Amarillo, Texas, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs facing abuse, neglect, or euthanasia in overcrowded municipal shelters throughout the Texas Panhandle.
