Peaceful Animal Adoption Shelter (PAAS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter based in Vinita, Oklahoma, serving Craig County and surrounding areas. Partnering directly with the City of Vinita, the organization takes in stray, abandoned, and surrendered dogs and cats, providing intake medical triage, vaccinations, microchipping, and low-cost spay/neuter services.

Operating from a dedicated physical facility on South Wilson Street alongside occasional foster placements, PAAS coordinates pet adoptions, lost-and-found reunifications, and regional transport programs. Supported by municipal partnership fees, private donations, adoption fees, and charitable grants, the shelter focuses on reducing regional pet overpopulation and unnecessary euthanasia.

Animals over profits: Unlike typical corporate chains, we are completely against selling animals — always, now, and forever.

You choose where 25% of the earnings goes: We believe in full transparency — we calculate this 25% before paying for any executive salaries or business overhead. By skipping the fancy corporate costs, we ensure the money actually lands where it belongs: with the animals.
