Olyver & Co is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, foster-based dog rescue operating in the greater Milwaukee and Wauwatosa area of Wisconsin. The organization focuses on saving high-need, vulnerable, and overlooked shelter dogs—with dedicated advocacy and education for bully breeds—providing decompression, medical care, and behavioral rehabilitation rather than fast-turnaround adoptions.

Operating entirely through a volunteer foster network without a physical shelter facility, Olyver & Co prepares dogs for permanent placement within home environments. Funded through public donations, volunteer efforts, and adoption fees, the rescue conducts structured screening to match each dog with a compatible, long-term forever home.
