Kitty City Country Sanctuary
Kitty City Country Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer feline rescue organization based in Panama City, Florida, serving Bay and Washington counties. The organization is dedicated to rescuing homeless, abandoned, and at-risk cats and kittens, providing veterinary triage, spay/neuter services, and vaccinations, while also assisting the regional community with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiatives to curb feline overpopulation.
Operating across two sanctuary and foster locations in Bear Creek (Bay County) and New Hope (Washington County), the rescue cares for and socializes felines in domestic, home-like environments. Supported entirely by private donations, community fundraising, and adoption fees (with waived fees offered for seniors and individuals with disabilities), Kitty City Country Sanctuary facilitates screened adoptions to match cats with permanent homes.

The PetAve.com Promise
Animals over profits: Unlike typical corporate chains, we are completely against selling animals — always, now, and forever.
You choose where 25% of the earnings goes: We believe in full transparency — we calculate this 25% before paying for any executive salaries or business overhead. By skipping the fancy corporate costs, we ensure the money actually lands where it belongs: with the animals.
