Kelly's Fosters is a registered 501(c)(3) rescue organization located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Founded and operated by Kelly Rooney, the organization is largely dedicated to rescuing animals from the euthanasia list at our county shelter as well as addressing the urgent needs of pets in our local and neighboring counties.
