Isla’s Journey is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue based in Palm Bay, Florida, specializing in lost dog search and rescue, stray recovery, and pet rehabilitation. The organization deploys humane trapping, tracking, and field-search operations across Brevard, Orange, and Indian River counties to locate missing pets and secure vulnerable strays.

Operating without a physical shelter facility, the rescue relies on volunteer foster homes to provide safe temporary housing and complete medical care—including vaccinations, microchipping, and sterilization. Supported entirely by donations and community efforts, Isla’s Journey prioritizes owner reunifications and thorough foster-to-adopt placements to keep pets out of crowded municipal shelters.

Animals over profits: Unlike typical corporate chains, we are completely against selling animals — always, now, and forever.

You choose where 25% of the earnings goes: We believe in full transparency — we calculate this 25% before paying for any executive salaries or business overhead. By skipping the fancy corporate costs, we ensure the money actually lands where it belongs: with the animals.
