Fishy's Friends Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue based in Lawton, Oklahoma, serving Comanche County and surrounding communities. The organization focuses on rescuing abandoned, stray, feral, and dumped dogs and cats, providing necessary veterinary triage, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and microchipping, as well as community lost-and-found pet recovery initiatives.

Operating entirely through a volunteer foster home network rather than a brick-and-mortar shelter, the rescue nurtures and evaluates animals in domestic home settings. Supported fully by public donations, fundraising, and adoption fees, Fishy's Friends Rescue conducts thorough applicant vetting—including reference checks, interviews, and home visits—to place animals into permanent homes locally and out of state.
