The Animal Rescue Fund (ARF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal welfare organization based in Muncie, Indiana. The organization rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes homeless dogs and cats across East Central Indiana, providing intake medical triage, vaccinations, microchipping, and mandatory spay/neuter services.

Operating from a dedicated physical shelter facility on Riggin Road alongside a volunteer foster network, ARF coordinates public adoption hours, mobile adoption events, and emergency pet support. Supported entirely by private donations, community fundraising, and adoption fees, the rescue also provides humane education and resources to reduce shelter euthanasia and keep pets healthy in their homes.

Animals over profits: Unlike typical corporate chains, we are completely against selling animals — always, now, and forever.

You choose where 25% of the earnings goes: We believe in full transparency — we calculate this 25% before paying for any executive salaries or business overhead. By skipping the fancy corporate costs, we ensure the money actually lands where it belongs: with the animals.
